The Woodbury Lions Club, District-12-S and MD-12 Lions of Tennessee will hold the 2nd Annual Tennessee STRIDES Walk for Diabetes Awareness. This year's course will be one mile; beginning on the Cannon County Public Square and proceeding to the new walking trail around Brown--Spurlock Park as an inaugurating event for that freshly paved track.

The course will take participants around Lincoln Gannon Playground, a memorial to a Cannon county youth who lost his battle with diabetes. There is no charge for this event, but donations to help battle diabetes will be greatly appreciated. The walk kicks off at noon on Saturday, November 22, 2008. We hope to see you there!!!
