During the past year, we have been promoting the idea of self-controlling our diabetes. We have had different guest speakers presenting a good variety of methods of self-control. Changing live style is always a challenge, but to get better control of our diabetes has been a worthwhile effort.

To celebrate our achievements we are organising a 'Bring and Share a Healthy Dish Party' on November 12th as this will be the forum nearest to World Diabetes Day.
